What About Me is a free class designed specifically to meet the needs of those caring for an elder at home or a loved one who lives in a care setting.
Topics include:
- MIND: Stress Management guided imagery, breathing, & healing touch
- BODY: Diet, Exercise, & Rest
- SPIRIT: Exploring Your Inner Self
The focus is on SELF CARE. It addresses the caregiver's emotional, physical and spiritual needs.
