Our goal is to give you the tools you need to help you lose weight rapidly and healthfully. However, we cannot guarantee you will lose a specific number of pounds or reach your target weight. It is your personal responsibility to follow the diet and exercise guidelines presented here. Please read the following pages very carefully and make sure you understand the information completely.
Please make sure to attend at least one meeting of our support group that meets on the first Saturday of each month.
