Brad Angeja, M.D., FACC - Cardiologist
Dr. Angeja earned his medical doctorate from University of California, San Francisco. He also completed his internal medicine residency and cardiovascular fellowship training at UCSF, where he remains affiliated as assistant clinical professor. Dr. Angeja is board certified in comprehensive echocardiography and nuclear cardiology, with special interest in cardiac CT and investigational methods of imaging coronary disease. He has extensive experience using echocardiography to diagnose, stage, and manage valvular heart disease.

Jonathan Briskin, M.D. - Cardiologist
Dr. Briskin is the medical director of cardiology at Peninsula Medical Center. He received his medical degree at New York University following undergraduate work at Stanford University. He completed his residency and internships at Bellevue Hospital and New York University Medical Center, and a fellowship in cardiology at Stanford University. Dr. Briskin is board certified in cardiology and internal medicine. He has served as a clinical associate professor at Stanford University. Samuel Chan, M.D., FACC - Cardiologist
Dr. Chan completed his medical degree at University of California, San Francisco following undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin. He served as assistant chief of cardiology for the U.S. Public Health Hospital in San Francisco, and is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. George Cohen, M.D., FACC - Cardiologist
Dr. Cohen is the chair of Mills-Peninsula’s Cardiovascular Services Program. He completed his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Pennsylvania following undergraduate work at University of Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Cohen served as a research flight surgeon, Biodynamics Branch of the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. His special interests include aerospace medicine, cardiac risk assessment, valvular heart disease and advanced heart failure therapy.

Alan Schwartz, M.D., FACC, FACP, FAHA - Cardiologist: Cardiac electrophysiology and pacing
Dr. Schwartz received his medical degree at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, following undergraduate work at Tufts University and graduate work at Polytechnic University of Brooklyn where he received a masters in electrical engineering. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at University of Chicago and his fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the University of California, San Francisco, where he also completed a fellowship in electrophysiology at the University’s Cardiovascular Research Institute.
