Medical Nutrition Therapy
One on one sessions with a registered dietitian and certified diabetic educator who provide nutrition and lifestyle analysis with a personalized eating plan to manage pre-diabetes, diabetes, cardiovascular disease high cholesterol, high blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome, kidney disease and weight management for adults and children. Mended Hearts Support Group
Group is for open heart surgery candidates and survivors. Counselors who have had open heart surgery meet patients before and after surgery. First 30 minutes are open group discussion, followed by guest speakers including doctors, surgeons, specialists and health care insurance experts.

Stroke Support Group
For people who have had a stroke and are able to participate in group discussions. Provides the opportunity to socialize, share feelings and learn how others are coping with similar problems. Enables people to give and receive emotional support.
