Tribute Gifts

Celebrate a special occasion in a loved ones’ life such as a birthday, anniversary or retirement by giving to our Tribute Gift Program. MPHF will send a letter to the special person you are recognizing, to let them know about your thoughtful gift in honor of their unique milestone.

Thank a Special Caregiver

Make a gift in honor of the doctor, nurse or other caregiver who made a difference during your health care visit with us.

When you make a gift of $25 or more to the MPHF critical need of your choice in honor of your chosen caregiver, your guardian angel will receive a card informing her or him of your thoughtful gift. Your guardian angel will also receive a custom-crafted guardian angel lapel pin to wear proudly.
