Dr. Mehmet Oz - Luncheon & Lecture
Sunday, October 24, 2010
In celebration of the opening of our new medical center, we have invited America's physician, Dr. Mehmet Oz, as our special guest for an exclusive grand opening event.
Host of "The Dr. Oz Show", Vice-Chair & Professor of Surgery at Columbia University and well-known regular on the Oprah Winfrey Show, Dr. Oz will present a timely lecture based on his best-selling book "YOU - The Smart Patient." Witty, playful, and entertaining, Dr. Oz's talk will offer his authoritative perspective on how patients can become their own medical sleuths while improving communication with their medical professional partners.

Nine young debutantes from the mid-Peninsula will be presented at the 2010 Mills-Peninsula Hospital Foundation’s Thanksgiving Cotillion and Debutante Ball set for Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010, at the Lakeside Olympic Club in San Francisco. The event will benefit the state-of-the-art technologies at the new Mills-Peninsula Medical Center in Burlingame.
