Seniors in Motion
60 minute supervised group exercise class geared for seniors. Class meets Tuesday and Thursday at 7:45 a.m., 10:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. Fee. Doctor’s written clearance and orientation is required.

Healthy Women
Structured 60 minute cardiovascular and strength training workout led by an exercise physiologist. Classes meet Monday/Thursday at 2:45 p.m. Fee. Doctor’s written clearance and orientation required.

Our exercise physiologists utilize objective physiological measures to determine your specific needs in order to create a fitness plan that focuses on all aspects of health and fitness. Let us help you to get fit and reach your goals. Fee: $60 per hour

Fitness evaluation. Assess body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, aerobic capacity, EKG, cholesterol, more. Fee.

Circuit training
The circuit-based class includes cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises, and utilizes a variety of modalities such as machines, exercise balls, bands, and free weights. Supervised by an Exercise Physiologist. Contact fitness center staff for a brief, ten-minute orientation to strength training machines. Classes meet on Monday and Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. No Fee by joining the fitness center.

Stretching for EveryBODY
This class focuses on stretching for every body, regardless of size, shape or age. Stretching for EveryBODY classes are appropriate for ALL ages and all levels of fitness. Active stretching classes will be beneficial for those who are active as well as for those who are not so active, or even sedentary. Improve your range of motion and lower risk of musculoskeletal injury. Class meets on Monday 3:45, Wednesday 12:45, & Friday 12:45 p.m. No Fee by joining the fitness center.
