Infusion Therapy Cancer Treatments
The Cancer Center provides comfortable patient care areas where people can receive intravenous medications, transfusions and specialized procedures.
Staff provide expert care in specialized areas including:
PICC line placement - is a thin, soft plastic tube that is used for giving intravenous fluids and medication
Chemotherapy & immunotherapy administration
Phlebotomy & transfusions - drawing blood for laboratory testing.
In addition to cancer treatment, the Center offers many other infusion services such as:
Antibiotics - powerful medicines that fight bacterial infections.
Blood transfusions - for cancer patients who may be suffering from anaemia as a result of cancer treatment.
Arthritis medications - reduce inflammation in your joints in order to relieve pain and prevent or slow joint damage.
Each station is equipped with:

Computer hook-up
Calming view of the outdoor plaza and waterfall
