    4th Wednesday Monthly
    The San Mateo County chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) holds its bi-monthly general meetings at the Mills Health Center Hendrickson Auditorium, 1st floor, every other month on the 4th Wednesday, starting in January.

    NAMI, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization, is a self-help community, and offers free support groups, resource referrals, education, speakers, peer conversations, and, above all, hope. Membership is not necessary. Visit www.namisanmateo.org for more information.
