Relapse Restabilization Program (Relapse Prevention)
This six-week program is designed to help patients who relapse after having at least six months of sobriety. It involves two group sessions per week, including a Relapse Awareness Group, and an individual session with the focus on learning from the relapse, re-establishing sobriety and rebuilding recovery support. Participants create a personal relapse prevention plan and strengthen their relapse prevention skills. Upon successfully completing the this program, participants receive six months of ongoing recovery at no charge.
Ongoing Recovery
This is a program for patients, family and significant others who have completed primary treatment and entered recovery. It involves a weekly support group at no charge.
