    Outpatient Drug & Alcohol Treatment

The intensive outpatient program goal is to fully support the person's ability to meet the day-to-day challenges to sobriety by effectively using recovery skills. The program includes 9 - 12 weeks of comprehensive professional support and treatment. Noontime and evening programs are available. Following treatment at this level, patients enter our one-year ongoing recovery program which includes a weekly aftercare group at no charge for both patient and family.

    Family Members Program

Substance abuse disease affects the whole family. Mills-Peninsula's programs recognize that fact and provide appropriate treatment and support at each program level.

Treatment includes helping family members and significant others learn to support the patient's recovery, set their own limits and support themselves through the process.
