Michael Menefee, Ph.D. - Director of Outpatient Services
A licensed psychologist since 1976, Dr. Menefee graduated from Stanford University’s doctoral program in 1973 with a specialty in Behavior Therapy. He is the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services at Mills-Peninsula Health Services, including Assist U EAP.

Ron Kemper, MA - Director of Business Development
A health care professional for 36 years, Ron has been the public relations director for a large health care system in northern California, a lobbyist in Sacramento and Vice President of Business for a child/adolescent mental health program in Silicon Valley. He is currently the Director of Business Development for Behavioral Health Services and Assist U EAP.

Linda Gore Webster, MFT, CEAP
A licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 21 years, Linda provides corporate Employee Assistance counseling on a broad range of issues. She specializes in working with chemically dependent clients and their families and with hospital and healthcare workers and the organizations that employ them.

Isabel Ng, LCSW
A licensed clinical social worker, Isabel has been in clinical practice since 1981. Prior to joining Assist U, she worked in a number of multiethnic settings where she conducted individual, group, and family therapies, provided crisis intervention and case management. Isabel has served as keynote speaker and workshop leader at numerous conferences.

Chris Nihil, MA, CEAP
Chris Nihil is the Account Manager/Organizational Development Specialist for Assist U EAP. Chris received a masters degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Chris is also responsible for the assessment of team effectiveness, management consultations and for developing, customizing and teaching training programs.
