Classes
Arthritis Self-Management Program
A program designed to give people living with arthritis the tools they need to take control of the disease.
May 17 to June 21
11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
$85 fee + $22 materials
Fourth floor classroom at Mills Health Center
Ease Into Exercise
Basic back exercises, very low-impact aerobics, stretching and flexibility are covered in a low-stress format geared for older adults, people recovering from injuries or who haven't exercised in a long time. Wear loose clothing and a pair of soft-soled, flexible shoes. A written doctor's permission is required to attend. Register at the door.

Arthritis & Fibromyalgia Support Group
Share concerns on how arthritis impacts life, including work, relationships and self-image.
Focuses on Fibromyalgia's effects on life and living.
Monthly, third Wednesday from 11 a.m. to noon.
Osteoporosis Support Group
Discuss concerns, share tips and learn about osteoporosis. Monthly, first Wednesday from 11 a.m. to noon.
