Mills-Peninsula Medical Group captures quality award

The Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA), a respected independent health care leadership group, has honored Mills-Peninsula Medical Group (MPMG) and several Sutter Health affiliates and aligned organizations in the IHA's annual Pay for Performance (P4P) report card.

MPMG was recognized with a Top Performance Award, along with Sutter-affiliated medical groups including, Solano Regional Medical Group, Camino Medical Group and the Palo Alto Division of Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Sutter Medical Group and Sutter West Medical Group.

Medical groups that participate in the IHA program are scored on a series of quality benchmarks including preventive care and chronic care management, patient satisfaction and use of information technology to support patient management and care.
