    This class is intended for anyone with pre-diabetes, impaired fasting glucose, insulin resistance, Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome, a strong family history of diabetes or who those at risk of developing diabetes. Next class : January 28

    This class emphasizes the crucial steps to achieving a healthy heart. Learn how to interpret your blood cholesterol and triglyceride lab results. We will offer specific dietary recommendations to reduce your cholesterol and triglycerides. Next class : To Be Announced
