    This one day class includes instruction in relaxation and breathing, labor and birth positions, massage, the partner's role, medical procedures, medicated and non-medicated labor, and cesarean birth. Next class : August 23
    This one-day class is for expectant parents who are unable to attend the weekly series. A certified childbirth instructor prepares expectant mothers and their partners for birth. Next class : August 24
    A certified childbirth instructor prepares expectant mothers and their partners for birth - normal labor and delivery process, relaxation and breathing techniques, the partner's role and hospital procedures. Next class : August 26
    Childbirth Preparation is a full scope childbirth preparation class. Next class : September 20
    Childbirth Preparation is a full scope childbirth preparation class. This is two consecutive Tuesday nights in a row. Please note the class in December 2014 is the exception. The class series will be on a Wednesday (12/3/14 and 12/10/14). Next class : September 9
    Designed for the busy working couple the Weekend Intensive prepares expectant couples for the emotional and physical changes that occur during pregnancy, labor and delivery. Next class : September 20
    This one-day class is designed for those who have previously attended childbirth classes and need a refresher to review labor and birth, breathing, relaxation skills, the partner's role, and anesthesia options. Next class : September 15
    Sutter Tracy Hospital offers a one-class session, which prepares couples who have already had a childbirth course with a previous pregnancy. Includes a review of labor, delivery, and breathing and relaxation techniques. Next class : October 22
    This service is available when a child has a family member with cancer or another chronic, serious illness. The program is facilitated by a clinical social worker using creative activities for self-expression. Next class : To Be Announced
    The Children's Art Therapy Support Group, known as CATS is offered to children and teens who are dealing with a cancer diagnosis, either their own or, more commonly that of a family member. Next class : To Be Announced
