    This one-day class is designed for those who have previously attended childbirth classes and need a refresher to review labor and birth, breathing, relaxation skills, the partner's role, and anesthesia options. Next class : May 18
    Sutter Tracy Hospital offers a one-class session, which prepares couples who have already had a childbirth course with a previous pregnancy. Includes a review of labor, delivery, and breathing and relaxation techniques. Next class : May 27
    This service is available when a child has a family member with cancer or another chronic, serious illness. The program is facilitated by a clinical social worker using creative activities for self-expression. Next class : To Be Announced
    The Children's Art Therapy Support Group, known as CATS is offered to children and teens who are dealing with a cancer diagnosis, either their own or, more commonly that of a family member. Next class : To Be Announced
    This peer support group, facilitated by trained art therapists and volunteers, assists grieving children (ages 4 through 17) in expressing emotions over the recent death of a loved one by utilizing art and other creative outlets. Next class : To Be Announced
    SAH's Education Department provides American Heart Association CPR classes throughout the year. Next class : To Be Announced

    Community Health Resource Center: This discussion will address the psychological impact of navigating insurance and financial systems, incurring medical debt, and useful resources will be offered. Next class : April 16
