    This is a free class offered by appointment only with one of our Certified Lactation Consultants. Topics include basic anatomy, getting started, positioning and latch, tips, tricks, and going back to work. Next class : To Be Announced
    Drop-in class. This informal drop-in group focuses on breastfeeding techniques, benefits, and emotional support. Facilitated by an Alta Bates Summit board-certified Lactation Consultant. Next class : July 25
    Facilitated by a lactation educator, this free, drop-in group is designed to support mothers and their babies (ages 0-4 months). Next class : July 24
    A free mother-to-mother breastfeeding support group for babies under 3 months is offered every Tuesday from 10:30am - noon at the Sunnyvale Center, 301 Old San Francisco Road. Next class : July 29
