    This self-paced, online class is available for 45 days after initial log in and covers all of the information provided in our Childbirth Preparation Intensive and Express classes. Next class : To Be Announced
    This one-time, 3 hour class is a condensed version of the Childbirth Preparation Intensive and provides information on pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Next class : February 16
    This one-day course is suitable for those wanting a faster paced course on childbirth preparation with less in-class practice on labor techniques. Next class : April 9
    This one day class includes instruction in relaxation and breathing, labor and birth positions, massage, the partner's role, medical procedures, medicated and non-medicated labor, and cesarean birth. Next class : February 14
    This one-day class is for expectant parents who are unable to attend the weekly series. A certified childbirth instructor prepares expectant mothers and their partners for birth. Next class : March 13
    A certified childbirth instructor prepares expectant mothers and their partners for birth - normal labor and delivery process, relaxation and breathing techniques, the partner's role and hospital procedures. Next class : March 1
    Designed for the busy working couple the Weekend Intensive prepares expectant couples for the emotional and physical changes that occur during pregnancy, labor and delivery. Next class : March 18
    This one-day class is designed for those who have previously attended childbirth classes and need a refresher to review labor and birth, breathing, relaxation skills, the partner's role, and anesthesia options. Next class : March 19
    This service is available when a child has a family member with cancer or another chronic, serious illness. The program is facilitated by a clinical social worker using creative activities for self-expression. Next class : To Be Announced
    The Children's Art Therapy Support Group, known as CATS is offered to children and teens who are dealing with a cancer diagnosis, either their own or, more commonly that of a family member. Next class : To Be Announced
