    Mindful Eating 4 Sessions, Tuesdays (Sunnyvale)

    In this 4-week series learn to transform your relationship with food using mindfulness as an approach. Whether you have issues with food or weight, or just want to have a healthier, more satisfying and pleasurable experience with eating, this class teaches you how to use awareness to optimize your experience. Mindful eating will help you distinguish different kinds of hunger, identify problematic habits and patterns with food, recognize what, when and how much to eat, and feel fully contented while eating less.
