    Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) is a service of the Silicon Valley Counsel on Aging. This one-hour appointment with a Medicare counselor will help answer your specific questions to be confident in the choices you make regarding your coverage. A free service available at the Mountain View Center
