Our Residential Rehabilitation Program is an intensive 28-day program for alcohol and drug dependency. Participants attend seven days a week, 12 hours a day for four weeks while staying at a Sober Living Environment (SLE) located near Mills Health Center. The program provides constant interaction with our expert chemical dependency treatment staff and access to abundant ancillary resources. This affordable program allows participants to stay in the community while getting the help they need.

Unlike other rehabilitation offerings, our program is supervised by a highly trained addiction medicine specialist with support from a multidiscliplinary team of health experts specialized in treating alcohol and drug dependency. Our qualified and compassionate staff is dedicated to guiding you through the recovery process
Our comprehensive, local program eliminates the need to travel to seek treatment and reduces the likelihood of a relapse that could be triggered by a return from a setting outside your usual environment.

What are the components of the 28-Day Residential Rehabilitation Program?
Participants attend the program seven days a week, 12 hours a day for four weeks. During this highly structured program patients will be interacting constantly with our expert chemical dependency staff and sequentially work on plans and strategies for early abstinence, "First Step" acceptance of addiction and need for recovery, relapse prevention and post-program care.
Where does the 28-Day Residential Rehabilitation Program take place?
The program takes place at our recently expanded, state-of-the-art facility at Mills Health Center in San Mateo in a positive, respectful and compassionate atmosphere.
Where will I live while I am participating in the program?
For the duration of the program you will stay at a Sober Living Environment (SLE) located near Mills Health Center.
What happens after I have completed the program?
Once you have successfully completed the program, you may attend a weekly support group at the Mills Health Center for 12 months, at no additional charge.
If further treatment is recommended, you can participate in our 12-week Intensive Outpatient Program.
